Cathie is a qualified CPA and a specialist property accountant with extensive experience in land development accounting.   Responsible for the management of general finance and administration aspects of the business, Cathie’s expertise across a wide range of corporate accounting systems has enabled enable her to bring cutting edge practices to the PRM group. 

Her prior role was group accountant with one of Western Australia’s largest land development and real estate companies where she managed a team of administration and accounting professionals. 

Cathie also previously held a senior management position in finance and accounting for a large unlisted public company which specialized in financial risk management across a variety of industry sectors. 

She has five years’ experience in the as an accountant with two of Perth’s leading wineries where she was responsible for managing sales budgets, operational expenditure, product costing and staff training and management. 

 

Cathie holds a Bachelor Commerce (Accounting) degree and Certified Practicing Accountant Status.
